I just got charged for a second shipment of this, 2 seperate charges $80 & $90 approx. I called one, Garcinia order, and got it refunded. I got a confirmation email, but the amount is pending in my bank. The refund will happen in a few days after is my guess. Their customer service tried to tell me I did not cancel it prior but I did. Then tried to lie and say I did not get an rmail on my cancellation or for this shipment because I put my email down wrong, an extra letter in it?!? Hmmmm "How did I het the original trial order confirm email if my email address is wrong then?? Hmmm?" I said " Yes I still have it. You are liars and I will contact my bank." I hung up. She called me right back and issued me full refund, cancelled the account and gave me a confirm number. The refund has not hit my bank yet but will see in a few days. Round one over. Now trying to call the other charge the "cleanse product" The number the bank gave me does not work so......this one is harder. Do not let these people lie to you. Stand your ground!! Good luck. Word to the wise, follow up the following day on all cancellations of any orders or accounts if you have not recieved a confirmation by next day.

I completed a survey on a website that I trust and use often, and in return, I was offered a free trial product, with the exception of paying for shipping and handling. I decided to to give it a go and put in my information for this trial product, Citratone. I got a confirmation email and was told the product would be delivered in 5-7 business days, which it was, but I was not informed that this "free" trial only lasted for 14 days, after which I would be charged for not cancelling my account. Nearly TWO MONTHS later I was charged for not cancelling this trial, and when I called to complain, the woman on the other line told me that it was all stated in the Terms and Conditions that she assured me I had read and checked. However I did not see and Terms and Conditions, nor have I ever even seen this company's webpage. I explained to her that I was told that it was a free trial product for completing a survey and that I was unaware of this trial period that I supposedly signed up for. I did not receive any reminder emails or newsletters, so I'm not sure exactly what services I got charged for, but this company took over $75 from my account without authorization and refused to give me a full refund. I was offered a measly 30% refund and then a 50% when I told them I was gong to involve the management at my bank. The only way I could receive a full refund was if I returned the product. I asked the woman how I was supposed to return a product I had received nearly two months ago and used already. She said if I didn't have the product to return, there was no way I could receive a full refund. She was very rude and when I informed her that the only way I would accept the 50% refund was if my bank couldn't retrieve my money, she told me she had cancelled my account and hung up.

Clearly Fit Fraud Charges to my Debit card
After ordering a product for a trial run, I got 2 additional charges without my knowledge and consent and so I called clearly fit. after being on the phone with the rep for an hour I was finally able to get a 100% refund for the membership that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. it was not easy especially since she kept telling me that her supervisor was saying they couldn't do a 100% refund, that they were only able to do 30-50% refunds. DONT ORDER FROM THEM EVER.

went on line for a free aging cream which is only one ounce clearly fit labs took ninety four dollars and ninety four cents off my debit card twice in one month they rejected my card when i first tried to get the sample twice then without me knowing took the money off all i was supposed to be paying was shipping and handling i contacted them and told them i wanted my money back i'm not paying that kind of money for an ounce of aging cream they hung up on me. how is this company getting by with ripping people off the ad also said money back guarantee well i want my money back .

Clearly Fit fraudulently charged my credit card without my knowledge!
This scam of a company charged my credit card 4 sepearate times without me signing up for anything! Little charges for $2.90 and $2.95 were followed 2 weeks later by two large charges for $89.99 and $94.94. Thank goodness my credit card provides fraud coverage and I only have to cancel that card but I never even ordered anything from this company! Interesting enough my credit card company restricted my credit card for fraud when those charges posted! This company needs to be shut down! REPORT THEM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIALS, DO NOT EVEN BROWSE THEIR ADS! How they got my informations is beyond me but apparently they get people to set card readers at gas stations to steal your info! BEWARE!

Don't take no for an answer! I was scammed by this 'free' offer, then had 2 charges to my credit card like so many others. I called Clearly Fit Labs and demanded a 100% refund of the money charged. I got a full refund after some wrangling. They will try to intimidate you and wheel and deal with you, but demand a 100% refund. I also called the Ohio Attorney General's office to file a formal complaint. Not only did the Ohio Attorney General's office listen and show concern, they actually followed up with a return phone call several days later to see if I'd actually gotten my money back. They urged me to post their phone number on this site and others so people will let them know if they feel they've been SCAMMED!!!!! If they get enough complaints they will shut Clearly Fit Labs down as a SCAM......here's the phone # 800-282-****

Totally a scam. Nowhere did I read about the actual cost or how to avoid being charged.
I was able to get them to "cancel" any charges going forward. That doesn't get me my money back. I haven't been able to trace back where I even found the initial free sample information.
To make matters worse, the products aren't even that good. I'd be happy to return them!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCTS! Stay away at ALL COSTS (or it will cost you BIG TIME). The Cleanse Fit 1800 and Garcinia Cambogia FIT1300 trials by Clearly Fit Labs are a complete scam. They will do anything to take your money and *** over, while being rude and heartless. Not only does the product NOT WORK, it gives you health problems and they REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER LYING THAT IT WAS A SAFE TRIAL. ****They take your credit card information and CONTINUE to charge your bank account WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OR WARNING. I'm out $400!!!!!! I'm filing charges and complaints with my bank and all consumer organizations out there. I'm not going to stop until I get my money back and shut these horrible people out of business. We need to all come together and do the same. Charged a reoccuring debit card twice from my bank. Filed a disput
I tried to call this company 12 times and each time was told I won a $100 gift card to Wal Mart but told them each time I was not interested that I just wanted to cancel my trial subscription. Every single time I refused the gift card and told them I needed customer service I was told they would transfer me and hung up almost every time or told me I needed to call back later then hung up. I had to call my bank and start a dispute against the company. I had to cancel my debit card and have to go to my bank to get a new card issued so they do not debit my account again. Lots of time wasted and aggrivation

I found charges on my account for garcinia whatever and knew I never ordered it. Now I have to slug it out with my bank because they sent documentation "proving" I ordered this product. I weigh 101 pounds and hardly need weight loss and certainly never ordered it. I have no idea how they got my credit card info. Plus, they even sent a tracking form and then pages and pages of documentation proving they are a legitimate company. These people are very corrupt and scary. I really hope all of us out there who have been ripped off can get our money back!

After being fraudulently billed twice for a 'trial offer' of Garcinia Cambogia Fit 1300 and Cleanse Fit 1800, I called my bank to see what recourse I had. The manager told me I should first contact Clearly Fit by phone and see if I could get anywhere with them. She said if they didn't refund my money, we would file an 'affidavit' against Clearly Fit and pursue them through legal channels. I called and talked to John in an annoying call center. At first he gave me the usual spiel about how the trial period was up, etc. I told him my bank was going to prepare an affidavit against them if I didn't get a 100% refund. He offered a 30% refund, then a 50% refund, then finally agreed to a 100% refund when I didn't budge. IMPORTANT!!!!!! Clearly Fit is located out of Cleveland,Ohio. I am glad I found this information today. I too have been charged $89.99 twice and have received NO product!
The only thing I received was the "free trial".
I too after some screaming over the phone to some *** that I will supposedly be refunded my money. I am also filing a complaint with the OH atty general.
